Through community-based mobile outreach, this component provides basic health care, counselling, and health education to underserved populations, especially those who lack access to routine services.
Activities:
Mobilize health workers, counsellors, and volunteers for outreach teams.
Schedule monthly outreach events in underserved communities.
Offer free basic health screenings (BP, malaria, HIV testing, etc.).
Conduct group health talks and one-on-one mental health check-ins.
Distribute hygiene kits, health brochures, and referrals to clinics.
Collect data on participants and follow up high-risk cases.
