This area seeks to economically empower caregivers—especially teen mothers, widows, and grandparents—by equipping them with income-generating skills and tools for self-reliance and financial stability.
Activities:
Identify and register eligible caregivers (teen moms, widows, grandparents).
Develop six-month vocational training modules (tailoring, baking, poultry).
Partner with local artisans or vocational instructors for hands-on training.
Conduct practical, cohort-based training at the shelter or community centres.
Provide starter kits and mentorship for top-performing graduates.
Track income improvement through quarterly follow-up visits.
