Objectives

1. Spiritual Discipleship and Healing

Objective:
By December 2025, conduct weekly faith-based discipleship and healing sessions, reaching at least 100 vulnerable individuals—including teenage mothers and orphans in all activity area to nurture their identity in Christ and emotional restoration.


2. Family Economic Empowerment

Objective:
By June 2026, train 150 caregivers (including teen mothers, widows, and grandparents) in practical income-generating skills such as tailoring, baking, and poultry farming, through a structured 6-month cohort-based program at Zion Shelter.


3. Children’s Holistic Support

Objective:
By March 2026, support at least 100 vulnerable children (ages 6–14) through school material provision, daily devotionals, academic mentorship, and a feeding program at the shelter.


4. Mobile Health and Social Outreach

Objective:
Starting November 2025, launch a mobile outreach program that provides monthly health checkups, mental health awareness, and social care services to at least 200 people per outreach in underserved communities.


5. Christian Counselling and Trauma Healing

Objective:
By April 2026, provide monthly trauma-informed group counselling and biblical healing sessions for 40 teenage mothers and children at risk, with one-on-one follow-up care for at least 15 of them monthly.

6. Savings and Livelihood Resilience (SACCO Formation)

Objective:
By December 2025, establish and mentor five functional Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) groups from within Zion Shelter’s supported families, each with 20–25 members saving and borrowing consistently to start or scale micro-businesses


7. Shelter Infrastructure Development

Objective:
Raise UGX 120 million (approx. $30,000) by May 2026 to begin construction of Zion Shelter’s first physical facility, with space for discipleship classes, child development activities, vocational training, and a temporary crisis shelter.
